Frank Courtney Photography bio picture

Welcome

Hi, my name is Frank Courtney – the owner of this blog. My aim is to complement my main Wedding & Portrait Photography site and show other styles of photography, as well as discussing things of general photographic interest. I’m a full-time professional photographer but apart from my paid work, I take lots of other photos just for my own interest. I’ll also show some of those photos here.

In the future, I will also start posting some preview wedding pictures of the Bride & Groom - with their permission, of course.

Have a look around, and add some comments to the photos/posts..

Apart from selling yeast (surprise), it’s main business is selling wedding cake and icing equipment (as you can see from the window).

Finn’s Hotel

So, this is the first post of another strand which I expect to run through this blog – Street Furniture. I am using this term very broadly – so expect to see signs and shopfronts included in this category.

I was surprised to see this sign still here – albeit, a little faded. The sign is...
